RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will be happy to resolve the situation, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, is defective or damaged.

In order to assist you efficiently, please contact us within three working days of receiving your order . Note that photos of the product may be requested.

Return or exchange conditions:

  • Returned within 3 business days of receipt or pick up in store;
  • Be in its original condition, unused, unmodified and unwashed;
  • Have all labels and original packaging.
  • Show receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions :

Returns and exchanges do not apply to items labeled "final sale", special orders, mattresses, bedding, pillows and cushions.

Vice Versa reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.

REFUND

All refund requests will be processed within seven working days of receipt of the return package. The refund will be credited to the original payment method after deducting shipping costs. Please note that your banking institution may require additional processing time to credit your account.

If the product is damaged / defective, we will recover it free of charge. If the item does not suit you, return shipping costs apply. The return to our store is free of charge, if you make the return on your own.

GUARANTEE

The manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturing defects and varies in duration depending on the supplier. This warranty applies only to domestic use of the product and does not cover defects resulting from negligence, mishap, abnormal or commercial use.

Please note that the warranty is not transferable upon resale of the product. The original invoice will be required for any claim.
